About UsMy name is Stephanie Schilling and I am owner and head baker at Nunna' the Gluten Bakery. Originally from Montana, I moved to Fort Collins with my son and daughter about 7 years ago. I have always loved to bake. My experience with gluten-free, dairy-free baking arose with the family need to find foods that would help with my daughter's digestion. It was rare that I could find something gluten-free in a store that she would enjoy eating and it was in that desperation that I unlocked the secrets to baking amazing gluten-free and dairy-free foods.
